Assholes in Courts
Sometimes the Americn legal system just falls down on the job. Let me tell you about a case I am extremely familiar with. There was this time of pain and psychological turmoil following the death of the Femanine Elder to a young lady. This young lady had never dealt with such things and lost her Mom, Grandmother and best friend (all in the same person) at once. Left alone in the mix of things within her genetic history this lady had a breakdown. She stopped taking Antidepressants and was then preyed upon by a mentally derranged much younger man.
Anyone in a psychological state described as depressed reaction who falters in the amdinistration of antidepressants is definately not in a competant state of mind. Add alcohol which also denegrates mental functioning and this situation is set. One could easily claim rape in this case because there can not be two consenting adults when one is not in the right mind to consent. To guide a woman into making decisions against everything they have ever believed in and stood for with alcohol and purposeful deceit has been prosecuted, won and president set as such.
This young man then through terror and attempted suicide (which almost took out a family of 4 in the process) then literally held this lady hostage for a week... ending with the suicide attempt. The accident following the suicide attempt and the constant abuse, mentally, emotionally and verbally put this young lady, a mother of 1, into an abused woman syndrome. To add to the problems for this lady she found out she was pregnant. This monster of a young man terrorized and harrassed this young lady for nearly 3 years. He forced her to go to court and humiliated her with his abuse and her diginity was desimated. Instead of being a man and letting this family go on he forced his twisted will opon everyone. For no gain but his and his insane obsession he systematically destroyed this ladys life with the court provided plan. He has made statistics out of 4 innoscent people becuse he could not have what he wanted.
During this time this lady's husband did the honorable thing and forgave the incident and realized that kids need stable parents. He also knew that if one kid was troubled it would dramatically effect any and all other children in the family. He swallowed his pride and instead of punishing someone who wronged him he saw the truth in the events and turmoil and regret from his wife. Instead of making sure that everyone wound up broken He stepped up and decided to raise this new life. Why did he finally do this? It is an interesting thing but literally G_d told him too. G_d put him on the spot and asked an adopted man given a lot through his adoption if he would return the act for this child and the Will of The Divine.
He argues that G_d really did do something because a miracle occured in the moment the commitment to this new family was made. Things actually magically "changed" and what was intended and said came out as something completely different- agreement! "I didn't want to agree but I just couldn't say it!" "Then a warm "liquid" was poured over me (spiritually I guess) and I calmed down and there was peace in my heart like I had never felt before."
So 3 years later this young man, the Asshole, is taking this young lady to court in an attempt to take the 2yr old child away from his family. He is going to take this wonderful husband and try to put him through the ringer. Why? Hatred and insanity. This hunband has never done anything to this Asshole. Not even a single ill word has been spoken by this husband even though he ahs been threatened almost daily and his wife is being abused and terrorized to the point she can not function normally.
Asshole who regularly threatens this lady, her husband and open endedly the children is also purgering himself against the lady and her husband. Sad thing is there is a chance that even though the charges and accusations are completely unfounded and made up he has a chance of winning. Asshole is even trying to bring in this hunbands medical conditions and medications in order to prove him unfit. This man has payed for, raised, stayed up night after night, and done everything for this child including creating a trust fund for him yet this Asshole out of hatred wants this child withheld from him on every possible occasion.
Asshole calls this young lady a bitch, a whore, a cheater, a lier a thief and everthing else. He threatens her many times a day with suicide and "hope you suffer" and "hope you burn" and many other things. He has been admitted to a mental institution 2 times in his life and by his parents at that.. why? For suicide attempts and radical actions with a girlfriend that broke up with him. So there is a history of actions like these but here in the United States he gets all sorts of power given to him to mess with others and try to destroy their lives.
This asshole is purgering himself and at the same time presenting opposite intentions to the young lady: "I hate you; I want you to hurt; you ruined my life; please move in with me." He hates her husband and threatens him yet has tried multiple times to solicite prescrition medication from her husband and even attempted to get her to steal some from her husband for him. Then he tells her that if she doesn't he will say she did because he looked up the medication and knows what color it is. This guy is a total asshole yet he is using the court system to harras a young mother of 2 and her wonderful husband (who is paying for all the court costs for the child).
It should be a crime resulting in the loss of parental rights I believe. I would love to hear about your thoughts. In a time where the goverment does everthing it shouldn't it just seems it will not stand up for those it is supposed to truely protect and defend.
